We offer free Government-funded construction training designed to help learners build sector-specific skills and move towards interviews with employers.

All funded courses are fully funded for eligible learners. Whether you are looking to upskill, reskill, or progress into a new area of the construction industry, our training programmes provide a practical route forward.

We currently offer funded training opportunities across several UK regions, with programmes varying by location.

For construction employers

Are you a construction employer looking to strengthen your workforce?

We work with employers across the UK to support workforce development through funded training opportunities. Employers may also be able to take part by offering interviews or work trial opportunities for learners.

How long does an NVQ take to complete?

The time needed depends on the learner’s experience and qualification level. As a guide:

  • Level 2 NVQs: around 10 weeks
  • Level 3 NVQs: around 12 weeks
  • Level 4 NVQs: around 14 weeks
